We’ve been long-time users of Amazon for all kinds of items over the years. To be honest, we never really purchased much from there in fashion or home goods, but that has changed. Last year they reached out and asked us to try hosting Amazon LIVE events and we said we would try it only if we could show home decor items and fashion that we not only liked but would also recommend. Over the last 9 months we’ve hosting nearly 30 events and we’ve discovered something pretty amazing, Amazon has some great fashion items and home decor items that we really like and use (in our home and in clients homes as well.)
Each month we’ll share our top items from the previous month. We’ll share some our top 10 from the previous month but you can always head to our Amazon Shop to see even more. Happy Shopping!
These aren’t the Paper Mache Bowls that you made in art class, this set of bowls is impressive in every way. Their scale of 23″ and 21″ wide is impressive as is the artisanal feel of these pieces from the Creative Co-Op.
This vase from the creative Co-Op looks and feels like a “designer” piece. We recently shopped all over Copenhagen, Denmark and this look was in all of the design stores. This piece comes in under $30, arrives in a few days and looks amazing as a vase or design piece.
I’m truly inspired by all art forms and after reading up on Picasso recently I’ve fallen in love with sculptures. This handmade terra cotta bust from Bloomingville is not only well made but the face itself evokes curiosity, I absolutely love it!
I have to be honest, I’m a huge fan of real trees in my home and design work. We have multiple live figs and even a miniature olive tree in our home but sometimes you just need a faux tree. Whether it’s a room that gets little light or a vacation home that is infrequently visited sometimes faux is the best way to go. This faux olive tree is amazing and honestly something I’m integrating into a lot of my design work.
On our recent trip to Copenhagen we stayed at Villa Copenhagen and they featured the Skandinavisk brand of candles and soaps all throughout the hotel. This candle is so perfect for summer, it’s soft, relaxing just a like a day on the sea. Expect to see more of their scents featured throughout the rest of the year 😅.
I love a good high heel and I live in them. I find them to be much more comfortable than a flat and not only wear them out but also around the house. The first time I tried these on I didn’t want to take them off, and didn’t for hours. Oh, and don’t overlook the fact that they look amazing!
This straw cloth purse can be described with one key word: fun! I absolutely love carrying this purse, whether on vacation or running errands around town. Regardless of the location the summer feel of this purse is relaxing and brings a touch of the exotic to any outfit.
I love jewelry and have found some amazing pieces on Amazon including an amazing ring and a bracelet that I can’t stop wearing. These mother of pearl earrings feature irregular pearls and I absolutely love them. The only thing more shocking than the earrings themselves is the price, under $20!
Normally the summer wardrobe isn’t my favorite. It’s so hot here in Atlanta and I love wearing layers, they’re interesting and fun to put together. This pair of shorts changed that conversation for me and I immediately ordered these in additional colors. Bring on the eternal summer!
We’ve taken a few trips over the last few weeks and for the first time in years I needed a true summer wardrobe which included a number of summer dresses. I featured these in a Summer Dress Haul a few weeks ago and one of the dresses stood out as my favorite. I originally ordered it in black and had to go back and order it in white. This is easily my favorite dress purchase from Amazon in June.
