Betweenย working full time as a realtor and I having three kids andย having justย moved into our house, my schedule is crazy… as inย caraaazy.ย I expectedย life to beย busy in the USย but my goodness! ย It really is! ย I am so grateful that my husband put the tree up… though at the time I thought he was nuts. ย I didn’t even know where my shoes were and he was putting up lights inside the house and out!
If you haven’t had a lot of time to do Clark Griswold style decorations, you still have time to decorate your home. ย I’ve got a few FAST last minute Christmas Decorations that are inexpensive and can be done just before your guests arrive or , if you aren’t entertaining, can be just for you to enjoy!
1.ย Don’t Get Fancy With Your Wrapping :: Wrap, Tie, Go. (Here are some more easy wrapping ideas!)
2.Decorate With What You Have On Hand.
My mom gave me this sheet music from when we were kids. ย We used it to go caroling in our neighborhood. ย I simply taped it with washi tape. ย (They have something similar at Target if you don’t have time to order. ย I like it because it doesn’t rip off the paint!)

3. Buy Fresh Garland. ย (It’s $15 a strand at Home Depot!)
4. Add a Wreath and a few decorations. ย You don’t have to create a huge tables cape. ย Add a few decorations to areas that are already done!
5. Use the Garland Scraps. ย I clipped a few strands off the garland from the fireplace and decorated my cabinet inside and out.
