Get ready because travel season is upon us, and we couldn’t be more excited! Whether you’re jetting off to exotic locales or exploring new cities closer to home, having the right gear can make all the difference in the world. For us, travel is all about the adventure – the unknowns, the new foods, the languages, and the customs. We live for the journey itself, waking up at home and being somewhere totally different by nightfall. Our goal is simple: to be prepared and make the journey and the adventure as wonderful as possible.
One of the most important aspects of travel is luggage, of course! I recently upgraded my luggage with a set from Calpak and it’s a game-changer! Last year, I bought the check-in bag and fell in love with its faux croc and vintage trunk style – truly epic (and it stands out at the baggage claim!). This year, I added the gorgeous carry-on bag and the matching Vanity case – so retro chic!
I really debated whether the Calpak clear toiletry bags were worth the extra money compared to the Amazon variety and I have to tell you… they are quality on another level and yet still affordable!
In addition to stylish luggage, there are a few other must-haves that we’re taking with us this year. These no spill travel bottles for shampoos, conditioners, and body wash are not only beautiful but also an absolute necessity for avoiding accidents in the suitcase (I’ve been there WAY too many times!)
The pill organizers are an absolute lifesaver as well because they keep our medicines from getting mixed up or damaged in these beautiful containers.
The AirTags are another necessity for keeping track of your luggage but the phone clip? A convenience that makes travel that much more enjoyable!
