Can you believe it’s already the end of March? Wow, time flies!!! As the cooler, shorter days of winter give way to warmer, longer days, March becomes a transitional month for both home decor and fashion. For me, it’s a time to refresh my surroundings and update my wardrobe with new essentials and signature pieces.
I like to approach seasonal decorating in a subtle way, incorporating elements, textures, and scents that reflect the season without being too literal. While I go all out for Christmas (who doesn’t love a bit of North Pole magic in their home?), the rest of the year I prefer a more nuanced approach.
Similarly, with my wardrobe, I aim to build on a core collection of items that can be mixed and matched from year to year, while also adding a few new pieces to keep things fresh and exciting.
