Spring is here, and I couldn’t be more excited! One of my favorite activities this time of year is the changing of the wardrobe. I box up most of my sweaters (though not all, as Jack loves to run the A/C), hang up the coats, and stow away most of my trousers to make space for the fresh, breezy pieces of spring and summer. Once everything is upstairs from the basement storage, it’s time to start looking for the gaps and shopping for some new additions to liven up the wardrobe.
This season, I’m particularly excited about bringing in more sundresses. I’ve decided to go a bit shorter than in previous years, embracing the opportunity to show off a bit more leg. Of course, I’m still keeping the longer sundresses in the rotation for those days when I want a more relaxed, flowing look. But I’ve found a few really CUTE dresses on Amazon that I’m freaking out over and have already been wearing nonstop!
Then there’s the SHOES! Everyone who knows me knows that I’m a high heels aficionado year-round. However, I recently stumbled upon two pairs of espadrilles that I just had to have. One is a stunning faux leather pair, perfect for adding a touch of sophistication to any outfit. The other is a charming crochet pair, ideal for those casual, laid-back days. Since I absolutely hate making choices, I just had to keep both!
