It’s FriYAY!!! Two whole days are ahead and I’m planning for our perfect weekend! All I can think about is setting the table and having a candlelit dinner with Jack (the kids will all be out!). I think there should most definitely be china and crystal (overflowing with champagne, of course!), and arranging a beautiful bouquet (or two!) of roses and lilies. I want to sit by the fire and cozy up with the fluffy blankets, perhaps some little chocolate, and a pup named Louis. I can’t wait for a Sunday drive in the countryside where the horse farms go for miles, stopping by the nursery to grab a few more boxwoods and pumpkins for the garden. I’ve just refreshed the bed linens, the cashmere sweaters ready and waiting for the chilly mornings and evenings, and I’ve even got the candles ready with little matches with leopards on them waiting….
The first episode of our Amazon Live show aired this week and we’ve been smiling ever since! It was such a treat to get to watch it with so many of you, glasses of champagne in hand along with caviar and little treats on the table! I know it’s hard to believe, but the episodes only get better from here! I can’t wait to catch up with you guys and chat tomorrow (on our regular scheduled Amazon Lives!)
So, basically this is how I would describe my perfect weekend… full of love, special moments, daydreaming, country drives, time with friends…
