The Christmas season is officially here!!! eeekkk!!! I’m SO EXCITED I’M GOING TO DIE!! Our bedroom is officially transformed and I’m bursting to share every cozy detail with you! I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out—so let’s dive in!
This year I had the somewhat INSANE notion that I could combine rich taupes, decadent browns, and smoky blacks together for a HOLIDAY LOOK. (I mean, seriously?! Where are the Santas and the snowmen?).
As if this departure from normalcy was not enough, I wanted it to feel like it was plucked from a deep, dark forest (and smell like it, too!). I wanted the room to feel like the richest chocolate that melts on the tongue, revealing a decadent caramel inside and a note of sea salt just to bring out the flavors.
Oh, and I wanted everything to be budget friendly. EASY PEASY! Riiiight?! Haha
