There’s banana pudding… and then there’s OMG. How. Did. You. Make. This. Banana Pudding. We like to think ours is the second of those two! This recipe came from my personal mission to occasionally LIVE a little and enjoy one of my childhood favorites. Since I’m allergic to milk (and jello pudding isn’t sold in Morocco) I had to learn how to make this stuff from scratch and I can promise you this… even if I could eat milk, I wouldn’t change a thing about this recipe. It’s THAT good. But don’t take my word for it! Try it and let me know what you think!
