It’s no secret that we absolutely love to travel! Even though the journey isn’t as “romantic” as it once was I’ll confess that I still love the art of the journey. One of the questions that I get asked quite a bit is “What do you wear when you travel?” My normal look is a bit dressier and usually includes a gorgeous bag and some killer heels so I think people are curious about the travel days.
My go to look for travel days is “comfy chic”. I really like to strike a balance between the two and factor in some practical bits as well. Airports include a lot of walking so I usually wear a kitten heel or a great pair of sneakers. I’m currently obsessed with the New Balance 327. I love to pair a loose pair of trousers with a tighter top like a tank top like the silk one I’m wearing here. I usually get cold on the plane so brining a sweater or blazer is a must (and it looks great draped over the shoulder when I’m not wearing it.) I complete my look with a good, stylish ball cap so my hair is one less worry during the flight. Is anyone else ready to book a flight and jet set around the world?
