Guys. I did something crazy a few days ago… I bought my first pair of flannel pajamas of the season… actually, the first pair I’ve purchased in absolute years. I had two requirements- they had to be cozy AND chic! I found the perfect pair. So soft, so cozy… One leg in and I was utterly smitten! (I even bought Jack the matching pajama pants which he absolutely loves, as well!) I’ve got apple cider donuts on my weekend agenda. I’ll be taking those and a fresh mug of apple cider to the cozy corner nook of my sectional in the sunroom, which happens to be surrounded by windows. I can’t wait to sit there and watch the leaves falling! I wouldn’t be surprised if a fur blanket, a pup named Louis and a pajama matching husband join me! I’ve been reading Autumn in Charleston and, honestly, it’s such a nice and light hearted read! I think you will love it, too!
I used to think that life’s greatest moments would come with a fanfare and trumpets, fancy shoes and champagne (which are all great fun, too!) but I’ve realized that some of the sweetest days are the simple ones in our pjs spent with the ones we love, eating donuts and cuddling!
I hope however you spend the weekend, that you find time to get cozy, snuggle in a bit, and spend time with those you love! Sending warm hugs and a kiss for each cheek! xxV
