Life is too short to be boring!! I have never been one for bland, cookie-cutter decor—give me a space with personality, with life, with some serious drama! The best rooms are the ones that draw you in, make you stop, and think, “Wow.” That’s why I always gravitate toward pieces that make a statement. It could be a bold piece of art, a textured vase, or a chandelier that completely transforms the room.
Drama in decor doesn’t have to mean bright colors or crazy patterns. Sometimes it’s about adding that one standout piece that brings depth and intrigue to a room. A space without drama can feel flat, but the right statement piece gives it soul. It’s like putting on that perfect accessory before heading out the door—it just ties everything together.
One of my favorite ways to bring the drama to a space is through sculptural pieces. It could be the shape, the material, the design or the color but they have something in common, they’re interesting!!! They don’t just sit in the room; they create that standout moment. Every time I walk by, I catch a glimpse, and I can’t help but smile.
