This drink is the best of both worlds! This Frothed Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Latte sounds so complicated and yet it is truly so simple to make. A few weeks ago we were experimenting with some of our favorite syrups and then magic happened….a star was born! When I say that this drink is good, I mean that it is soooooo good! It’s literally like drinking Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough….those are FOUR of my all-time favorite words!
This drink is so simple to make as well. The key is the hand held frother because it mixes while it adds air, which results in thick foam. The drink comes in two parts the espresso half: consisting of espresso, chocolate syrup, vanilla syrup and brown sugar syrup. Once you’ve made this half then you add the second half which is steamed/heated milk which is also frothed. If you have a clear coffee mug I would definitely use this one because it is absolutely gorgeous to see and the taste….chef’s kiss!
