(The 3’ toy soldier and the boxwood planters? Omg and the pillows? And the tree is a DUPE of the grand duchess and the price was so good that I had to grab it, too! Yeah! Ugh this is why I ordered so many things!! This is going to be the best Christmas everrrr! Love you guys! 😘 🎄

Yeah. Your eyes do not deceive you. We 1000% fell

Yeah. Your eyes do not deceive you. We 1000% fell head over heels for Modern Heritage and have thrown ourselves completely into it! After trying a lot of styles (like almost every single one on the planet! 😅😅) we found a style that not only carried a beautiful lifestyle with it, but visually feeds our souls and brings all the warmth and comfort we so craved!

This is a movement guys… with gardening and baking and roaring fires and cozy sofas and pretty bows and elegant furniture and rich leather and trimmed walls and dressed windows… it’s seductive in all the right ways. It’s wholesome and, dare I say, my idea of a fantasy home!!!

My advice to you? If you are thinking about it… go for it! Don’t delay because once you start playing with this style (& dive into this movement!) you are going to be drawn into a dream world that used to only exist in your wildest fantasies.

You can splurge, you can do it on a budget, you can do it anywhere. You can live in a penthouse, a farm, an apartment, or even like us, right in the middle of a suburban neighborhood.

That feeling of home is just waiting for you to jump on it, dive in, and enjoy! Your greatest adventure awaits!

It’s from Amazon!!) and by adding in the leather and the crystal and the equestrian vibe… I’m DYiiiiing!! I’m so happy and excited about the result that I’m currently jumping up and down! Heehee!! Hope you guys have a wonderful day! Love you all! XxV

I get to live here??!!!” Yesssss!!!! You can create your dream on any budget! So many of these finds are insanely budget friendly with a few splurges mixed in (because every now and then you need to treat yo self!!)

Comment TREE to get the link!!! 🎄 ✨

Sorry to break from fall for a minute but the Grand Duchess is BACK IN STOCK!! I waited a year to get mine last year and they sold out so fast that I couldn’t get more for our own home or projects so I already bought two more!! They are WORTH THE HYPE!! I’m tearing up just thinking about how pretty it is with the twinkling lights (& Jack is trying to convince me to put them up now! Haha!)

But seriously, this tree is 1/5 of the price of the designer versions and is truly exquisite!

Ok! I’ll stop talking so you can go get yours! Yipppeeeee!!!!!
