Two weeks into October and it’s really starting to feel like Fall! I bought a bouquet of dried grasses from Whole Foods this week and that pretty much took the house over the top as far as Autumnal decor goes… though at the moment the Christmas tree is still sitting in the living room from our Amazon Prime Events this week, so all the seasons feel a bit confused at our house at the moment! Haha.
This weekend is very special for us because our Landon has his homecoming dance and he’s taking a date. We are very excited to have dinner plans in the same restaurant as him but in a separate part of the restaurant. It’s so funny when your kids start to learn how to use a credit card to pay, go on dates, and use you as an arm rest (he’s growing so fast!) But these are the times that we absolutely cherish so even though I do hope to squeeze in a little shopping, up my art game a bit, and organize my eggs with my cute new egg containers… spending time with the kids is my top priority!
