My passion is for helping others find their way home and sometimes that means helping some OUT of their current home first. After meeting Eve and Robert at an open house and immediately hitting it off with them, they invited me to their current home.
This home has some SERIOUS curb appeal. I mean, wow, look at that yard! There’s even a fire pit and a playground in the backyard!
We agreed, though, that the inside needed a bit of touching up. Of course I forgot to take pictures before we got started, but you guys have been helping us get this one ready for market for a few weeks…
We had a fail with the original fireplace paint color!
So we asked you which you would choose!
“Help! Which color would you choose? This home will be going to the market soon and the room is a grayish green. We decided to paint the brick but the color is too light grey. Would you choose: oregano (top left), fig (top right) or lizard green (pale shade under fig on the right.)”
Oregano got the most votes!
Next we renovated the bathrooms!
Misty Grey makes it extra soothing!
Even the Banister got a makeover!
(Twice because the first coat was GREEN. UGH!)
Then, all of a sudden, 5365 Bannergate Drive was ready for it’s final day at the spa. Yiyia and I arrived early and spent the day primping the house and photographing this beauty…
