FALL IS HERE!!! Can you feel it? My favorite season is here and I’m ready to dive into everything that makes it so magical—cozy sweaters, crackling fires, crisp mornings, and of course, snuggling under a blanket with a good book. But let’s not forget the best part: decorating!
Every fall, I create a special Fall Color Palette that helps me decorate my home for this cozy season. Initially, this palette was just for me, a way to navigate what to buy and where I wanted my home to go as the weather turns chillier. I shared it in a video a few years back, and thousands of you asked for it as well. So once again this year I’m thrilled to share my color palette with you!
This year, my palette is anchored in my go-to year-round neutrals: White Dove, Natural Linen, and Midnight Oil. For a bit more depth, I’m adding Smoky Ash and Clay into the mix. And let’s talk accents—every year I pick a bold accent color to bring a fresh twist and create some drama. This year, I’m all about Essex Green and Tarpley Brown from Benjamin Moore. They add a rich, earthy vibe that’s perfect for fall.
Now, let’s get into the textures and materials I’m obsessing over. Leopard print is a must have trend in fashion, and I’m excited to weave it into my decor as well. I’m also eyeing dark, luxurious leathers and faux alligator skins—they’re a must-have for that extra touch of fall flair. And don’t get me started on marble! I’m drawn to darker marbles with striking veining, and I’ll be incorporating them through charcuterie boards, bowls, and sculptures.
So, let’s embrace this fall season with style and create spaces that are inspiring and welcoming!
