I’ve always been a big fan of embracing the unexpected – it’s practically in my DNA! Rather than resisting it, I’ve learned to wholeheartedly welcome it into my life. Case in point: the great TV debate in our household.

Just the other day my brother was standing in the room and asking about our artwork and I was so proud to tell him it was our TV! The Samsung Frame TV really does hang on the wall just like art and I love that I can change the screensaver art whenever the mood strikes!

Our journey began with a centerpiece that anchored the room – the fabulous Marin sofa from West Elm. Let me tell you, this sectional sofa quickly became a family favorite! We adore lounging on it while indulging in some TV time or engaging in epic Xbox battles. It’s the perfect spot for family bonding, and that’s what makes it so special! It’s plush but not too soft, made with down and if you order it in the alabaster performance basketweave… well, you might just find that pretty much ANYTHING comes clean from it! (ahem. yes, we have had PLENTY of experience with that one!)

Storage is ample, ensuring that we have plenty of places to stow away those pesky remotes and whatnot. Gorgeous throw pillows and a selection of super-soft blankets complete the look, making it a dreamy space for relaxation and unwinding.
