I am in the midst of creating a new work space for myself. While I loved my desk area before, I was ready for something that felt a little bit darker and more sophisticated that. I will have a lot more to share with you very soon about all of the things I have done and am doing to create this new look, but for now, I want to share with you the DIY Leather Trash Can IKEA Hack that I created. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on my trash bin so I decided to create an IKEA Hack with a few inexpensive supplies, including KNODD bin. Ikea offers this bin in five colors, though I have only seen three of them at my local store, but this DIY can be recreated with any color combination for the leather belt and bin, so don’t feel like you have to make it black and brown like mine. Go crazy and make it your own for sure!
I have all of the instructions on my new House of Valentina You Tube channel & would love for you to become a subscriber so you can receive alerts when a new video is uploaded!

I really love this simple hack. I enjoy watching you & your lovely family. You are always so cheery!
I am a seventy – four year old woman that loves to decorate and that loves family. We moved from California to Raleigh, NC. We are away from family here by ourselves.
I am like yourself normally a positive person but lately things are kinda rough. My husband was diagnosed with cancer. He was hospitalized in October from taking Metformin which depleted his B12 which caused a plethora of issues. He fell about two weeks ago & had a massive brain bleed. He had brain surgery which was a success. He is now recuperating.
I am kinda down today but watching you & your family and seeing the love you have is refreshing! Thanks for that. We have been married for fifty three years. We have been together since our senior year of high school. The doctor said if I did not get him to the hospital when I did he would have died.
I love your YouTube videos. Keep your beautiful smile & positive ways!
Happy New Years to you & your family! You & Jack have done a wonderful job raising your children.
