It’s always fun to know what the next thing is before it arrives, right? It’s a little like getting to see the future before it arrives minus the delorian… though that would be pretty epic, too! Scandinavians are known for being trend makers and this home is packed with ideas that I think we will definitely be seeing more of over here!
In the kitchen: Expect to see a mix of shaker style cabinets and slab front (I always call them flat front!) I love the wood hanger in the kitchen for utensils as well!
Polished Nickel hardware is making a comeback along with dark countertops.
Few to no upper cabinets and a wall of pantry/utility has already hit American soil. We love it!

Bleached French Oak is THE flooring to put in. It’s pale, soothing, and goes with the laid back lifestyle we all are craving right now.
New shapes with White Subway tile are keeping us from getting bored with it. This herringbone pattern is pretty epic!
Warm Linen and Crinkled Blankets are all the rage. Pair them with shiny, smooth lighting for an updated look.
