‘Cause Sometimes You Just Want it NEW.

While the majority of our real estate clients are interested in resales, every now and then we get to help our buyers purchase a brand new home. One of our favorite builders, Monte Hewitt, is one of Atlanta’s premier builders and while I would say that I’m pretty hard to please, they really do a fantastic job. You know that anyone who provides Bell Cabinetry is going to be top notch! (They are who we used for our new kitchen and we are THRILLED!) The model was designed by Michael C Morris of M Crisler Designs who is truly brilliant. You are really in for a treat with this tour!

We took a tour of their model homes recently at Amble Green, a community that is right in the heart of Atlanta and yet has access to walking trails at the Blue Heron Nature Preserve, Chastain Park, and has a neighborhood vibe right in the middle of all the action. We are SMITTEN!

One trend we are loving? Flat front cabinets! You might be seeing more of those in the very near future! Wink, wink. Do you see any ideas you want to steal? PS. We love decorating new homes, too!
