As we welcome in the New Year there’s no better time to give your home a refresh than the start of 2023! I’m so excited about all the upcoming adventures this year which I can’t wait to share with you all! Your rooms may be looking a little empty after taking down Christmas decorations so I hope this post gives you inspiration to brighten up every room again.
First, flowers and vases are key! I have found that the quickest way to ward off the post holiday blues is to fill my vases with beautiful blooms to brighten up any room. Vases are design statements on their own, and add calm and effortless style to a space. I always find some gorgeous flowers from local grocery stores which last a long time and are great quality.
Second, decorative lamps always look so stylish in the home and they are a great way to bring in a warm and cosy atmosphere – especially when taking the Christmas lights down! These are some of my favorite lamps that I found at the moment. I love a combination of modern and classic shapes!
Lastly, every home refresh needs some beautiful decor which will stand out in any room. I am loving minimal and monochrome pieces which are so trendy and help to make a room less empty or cold. Whether it’s art pieces, bowls or sculptures there’s always an area to place them to add a simple touch of style.
I would love to see you integrate vintage modern pieces in your home.
