And here we are again! I whole weekend in front of us and time to do anything we like. What is it about free time that feels like the greatest treasure ever found? It’s like finding money in the pocket of your coat that you totally forgot about! Isn’t that the best feeling?!
I’ve been thinking about the art of unwinding- those moments in life that we find that help us decompress and recuperate and rejuvenate. Whether it’s a long bath, a walk in a beautiful garden, a slow morning spent lingering in bed, or a snuggle fest on the sofa… the weekend is the perfect excuse to indulge yourself.
