Refunds & Exchanges
Merchandise is available for a one time exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Item must be in original condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Please contact us here if you need to initiate a return for store credit or exchange.
However, please note that antique and vintage items as well as any special order, layaways, or sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
No refunds.
Shipping
Please note: House of Valentina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a shipment has left our facilities with a tracking confirmation number, ownership of the item(s) is transferred to the buyer. However, we will help you out to the best of our abilities. If a package is delayed please contact us.
