Woohoo! It’s FriYAY!! I’m sitting in my velvet robe and plush fluffy slippers and I can’t wait for the weekend ahead of us! I’m so excited because we’ve got a fun morning planned with our Landon who loves the tradition of picking up breakfast before going to school in the morning. I cherish these moments so much! We’ve also got a movie night on the agenda because HOPEFULLY it is going to rain. I know. I’m one of the few people who loves rainy days, but they feel like such a treat! Gray days when the clouds cast shadows and the candles flicker amongst them? An excuse to stay in bed and read books and take a long, hot bath? Sign me up! Baking in the kitchen and feeling all the warmth and love while a pitter patter of rain hits the windows? Can it get any better?
I can’t wait to see you all for our Amazon live this weekend, too! It truly is a treat to spend time with you all, to share so many stories and laugh together. I have a captive audience who want to see what craziness I’ve been up to in the house this week? Hahaha! I know you guys are friends! You are a treasure! My life is so full!
These moments with the ones we love are the real luxuries of life. I think about them every day! It’s so much fun when we get to be a bit pampered, too, isn’t it? A spritz of perfume, amazing sheets and a fluffy bed to climb into? They are the icing on the cake of life.
