You have to try this!!! Now, I’ve always been a die-hard fan of my hot lattes—morning and afternoon, without fail—for over a decade. But this drink has converted me into a massive fan of ICED coffee, and I can’t get enough of it!
The Iced Honey Milk Latte is a drink that’s not only refreshing but also slightly sweet, visually stunning, and seriously easy to whip up.
It all starts with the simplest of ingredients: two shots of espresso poured into a pitcher. Then, to add a touch of sweetness, simply drizzle in a tablespoon of honey (trust me, Greek honey is the way to go—anything Greek always tastes better 😋)!
Now, here’s where the magic happens. Using a frother, create a decadent foam to top off your espresso. Once you’ve frothed it to perfection, pour it into a glass filled with ice.
Next, pour some milk into the pitcher and give it another whirl with the frother. No, it won’t heat the milk, but it will create a luxurious foam that’s both beautiful to behold and absolutely delicious (I’ve been known to eat the extra foam with a spoon!)
Now, for the finishing touch: gently pour the frothed milk over the foamed espresso. The result? Pure magic in a glass! I highly recommend using a clear glass so you can admire the gorgeous layers, which are at first completely separated! I hope you enjoy this drink as much as I am!
