Edgy Feminine Home in Sweden

I am absolutely smitten with this gorgeous and edgy feminine home in Sweden.  It feels so chic, modern, and cool yet all of that is balanced with a sense of history through the moldings and floors, a touch of elegance with the bold pops of black, and a bit of homeyness with bits of linen, velvet, and wood throughout.

One of my favorite rooms is the kitchen.  The cabinets are modern and sleek yet a little traditional, and the smeg hood is TO DIE FOR.  I don’t normally like all mixed chairs around a table, but I think it really works for this home because the homeowner mixed all rounded back chairs.  They just feel like they belong together.

The Svensk Tenn Pillows and Wallpaper add a bit of playfulness that keep the home from feeling too serious and just WAIT until you see the closet.  There is a sofa in there to catch you as you faint!
