Don’t kill me. I’ve held off as long as I possibly could. But I JUST CAN’T HELP MYSELF. Christmas is officially LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AWAY! And it’s around this time of year that most of us start panicking over how much green… as in the mighty, hard earned dollar that is about to fly out of our pockets.
These holiday ideas will hopefully get your juices flowing and fortunately they won’t cost you a big bucks… some of them you might even be able to create from your own garden!

NEVER TOO EARLY FOR CHRISTMAS!!! (ssh..we don’t put away all of our Christmas mugs! gasp) I woke up singing, "…soon it will be Christmas Day…" and then to see your beautiful blog…well, great minds, right???? okay, maybe that’s too far I love all the photos and ideas. We have a curious cat, who would eat any foliage, real or fake. Not sure what to substitute for a tree. We are thinking of putting it on the patio where she couldn’t get to it. Tastefully, though, not as if we pulled our entire living room out there-something in an urn or two with twinkle lights. Anyway, lovely post, Valentina! Thank you, as always, for bring lovely to our eyes.

I am so glad I’m not alone! Have you considered hanging ornaments from a branch? https://youtu.be/gK2D9ywRUUk

GREAT idea! It’s up high enough that I doubt she would be able to get to them (I hope!). Your ideas are fantastic, Valentina! I didn’t know you had so many YouTube vids! Thanks so much!

This is funny. I am definitely that Grinchy person who starts grumbling when she sees Christmas decorations right after Halloween. But I appreciate your enthusiasm! Also, the chic minimalism of Scandinavian Christmas decor makes me want to decorate every room in my house with greens. Can’t wait until Trader Joe’s starts selling their winter greens!!
